Bookings: a name, a telephone number, the date, the lot and the size of the party — so the board is right.
Email enquiries: your address and what you wrote, kept only so that somebody can answer you.
Licensing and financial records for what is served on the premises, because a licensed venue must keep them.
Aggregate counts of visits to this website, with no profiling of anybody at all.
How long each of those lasts
Bookings: eighteen months from the date, then destroyed.
Email correspondence: a year measured from whichever message came last.
Licensing and financial paperwork: seven years, which is what the legislation demands.
Website statistics: thirteen months, aggregated, never tied to a person.
What you may ask of us
Access to whatever personal information we hold about you.
Correction of anything wrong or out of date.
Destruction of information we no longer have a reason to keep.
A complaint to us, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if we have not fixed it.
Points worth stating plainly
The only outside parties who see any of it are our website host and our accountant, both bound to confidentiality.
There is no player account, no balance and no game history anywhere, because nothing is played through this website.
